#VerifyLocal Discovery case for transforming local public services using GOV.UK Verify

This document is the first iteration of the case for local authorities to transform their digital services through the use of GOV.UK Verify and other common components. It is based on our #VerifyLocal Discovery work with local authorities to date. We will publish an updated iteration of this document after we have collected and evaluated more data from local authorities.
