Local government expects to save more than £670m by embracing the Digital by Default agenda, according to a new survey of senior executives.

The Public Sector Channel Shift Strategies Survey Report 2015 by GOSS Interactive reveals that moving to online channels such as web and social media is expected to councils around £1.55m each next year, an increase of 345% in 2014.
