This Local Digital Campaign thought leadership debate will explore the feasibility, utility and structure of a Local Digital Academy that helps build the digital capabilities of local government. The panel will debate the motion:
‘Local government needs to adopt a single Digital Academy structure in order to develop and disseminate the skillsets needed in the sector to realise efficiencies and user-centric digital public services.‘
The event will see local authority and other sector leaders debate the motion, and attendees will be invited to get involved also. You can submit your questions to the moderator in advance by emailing Helen Olsen, Managing Editor, Local Digital Campaign.
The debate will run from 17:45 to 21:00 and be followed by discussion over a buffet dinner.
This event is for senior public servants and Local Authority members by invitation only. Organisional ID will be required to gain access.
