Really Useful Day: GOV.UK and user journeys | Leeds

28 Sep 2012 @ 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

Event Navigation

Are you a web professional working for a local authority? Are you interested in learning more about GOV.UK and how it will impact on your website? You need to come to Local Directgov’s Really Useful Day in Leeds! It’s free, with lunch and refreshments provided and an action-packed agenda:

  • Learn more about GOV.UK and its timeline for replacing Directgov and Business Link
  • Work on developing better customer journeys from GOV.UK to your website
  • Network and share knowledge with peers from other local authorities

GOV.UK links to local authority sites for over 120 services (and rising). We’ll be mapping customer journeys for some of the most popular of these in practical workshops. You’ll also have the chance to hear from speakers from the Government Digital Service (GDS) and local councils.

Some comments from past Really Useful Days:
“It was a 4 hour journey but well worth it.”
“V customer focussed – refreshing.”
“Excellent and really informative.”
“Like the practical, workshop style format.”
