Really Useful Day: GOV.UK & user journeys | Bury St Edmunds

9 May 2013 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

Event Navigation

Do you work for a local authority in the East of England? Are you interested in improving customer journeys on your website and hearing the latest on the new single government domain, GOV.UK? Then you need to come to Local Directgov’s Really Useful Day in Bury St Edmunds! It’s free, with lunch and refreshments provided and an action-packed agenda:

  • Work on developing better customer journeys from GOV.UK to your website
  • Learn about the latest developments at GOV.UK
  • Network and share knowledge with peers from other local authorities

GOV.UK links to local authority sites for over 120 services. We’ll be mapping customer journeys for some of the most popular of these in practical workshops. You’ll also have the chance to hear from speakers from local councils who have improved journeys on their websites.

Some comments from previous Really Useful Days:
“It was a 4 hour journey but well worth it.”
“V customer focussed – refreshing.”
“Excellent and really informative.”
“Like the practical, workshop style format.”
