It is designed to get local authorities sharing experience and working together towards better, user-friendly services. It will highlight the complexity of the user needs local authorities must meet, teach techniques for understanding these needs, showcase successful case studies in making local services more user friendly, and highlight methods for evaluating the cost benefits and social benefits of creating more user-focused services.
