This document summarises the Local Waste Service Standards Project, run by the DCLG Local Digital Programme. It summarises the project's aims and anticipated deliverables, and it details the agile delivery plan, and key roles, activities and milestones for all stages of work.
The project is a proof of concept for local service standards co-design, and the Local Digital Programme hopes that others can learn from, replicate and improve their process.
