Macclesfield Really Useful Day: Social media for councils took place on 20 November 2014.

The event was practical and hands-on, with the emphasis on enabling local authorities to network, share knowledge and develop new skills. Attendees had the chance to hear from local authorities who’ve been doing interesting things with social media. and they also worked on scenarios to develop thinking: one on emergency flooding, and one on consultations and dealing with abuse on social media platforms.
